Project Sales
Have been involved in all aspects of marketing and selling of 13 New Residential Projects, with more than 256 units.
Residential Sale
The above volume of project sales resulted in a substantial amount of residential ‘list back’ activity. The varied nature of the projects also created the opportunity to work with all buyer profiles, from first time buyers to seasoned investors. I was also involved with the sales of bare lots, which cultivated working relationships with builders, to market new homes.

Personal
I have lived and worked in Victoria for 30 years. I enjoy spending time with my Son, Daughter, and young Granddaughter, and friends. We enjoy taking in all Victoria has to offer like the Ballet, Shows, Fine Restaurants, and just walking around the parks and the inner harbour. I also enjoy walking my dog Cherry. I have taken some wonderful trips to Mexico, and hope to go again.
